Today was my first day at SC Guardian Ad Litem Program in Orangeburg and Calhoun Counties. I arrived and my boss, Carol, arrived too. We did a few house keeping items and then it was off to court we go. I met a few people today but cannot remember many names except my attorney. After court, it was time for lunch so Rob and I went out for our first lunch since my new job!!! YAY!! We enjoyed lunch but then it was back to work time for me. When I went back it was time to complete some paperwork and get some questions answered. It was pretty simple and everything fell into place.
I am excited to get trained and be able to help more but until then I will do everything I can.
