HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!
So today is my hubbys 30th birthday and its started off wonderfully....well except for him scaring me to death in the bathroom while i was taking my shower--TMI i know :O)
So this morning i got ready as usual and headed off to work--or so my husband thought. I was really hanging out in the Bi-Lo parking lot waiting for him to meet the boys from work for his birthday breakfast. What my hubby did not know was that his good buddy Wendell had contacted me and invited me to attend the little shindig at Shoney's for breakfast. So i got there a little later than everyone else and walked in---Robs back was to me. I said " You didn't think you were eating breakfast with me, did you?" He was completely shocked that i was there and he did turn red. I gave him some b-day cards that i had for him and he chuckled at them. After eating breakfast we did each go to our jobs but the b-day celebration will continue to night with some yummy food with Aunt and Uncle Allen :O)
At supper we went to Fatz Cafe and enjoyed a wonderful b-day supper. Rob received a card and monetary gift from his aunt and uncle---he did tell me that its all for him :O). After supper we came home and Rob left to go to the gym. Before he left though he showed me the cards he got from work and the goodies (cake and cookies). Overall he has had a great day...at least it seems that way!!
The birthday celebration continues this weekend with friends on Friday and family on Saturday :O)
